Purpose: The assessments upon entering the program are designed to help you gain a better understanding of your strengths and weaknesses so that you can begin to set goals and develop your leadership potential as you progress through the program. The decisionwise 360 degree evaluation is the standard test that CAL students participate in. It is a peer assessment meaning your friends, family and coworkers take the evaluation about you. This helps you better understand how you are perceived by others. The other tests listed below are other strengths tests, both on and offline. Please add to the list as you come across assessments that could be of benefit to other students in the program.

  • Meyers Briggs & Strengthsfinder (visit the Career Center LC 403)
